What is your preference-more trees or more condominiums?

Trees. There is already a glut of housing from developers overbuilding. The homeless problem is NOT due to lack of buildings in which they can live. It's due to a lack of funding - they don't have a way to pay for housing, and the government can't afford to pay for it for them.
My preference is enough condominiums to house all the people. Are you willing to give up your home so the city can have a few more trees? I don't think so! I prefer people in homes in a city with no trees over millions of homeless people in a nice tree lined city.

More trees, but there also must be a balance for urban planning. But we need more trees than ever right now. They renew the oxygen, they help with the water cycle in the evapotranspiration process, they avoid erosion and they are the homes of birds and give shelter to other animals, they also help slow the global warming, because they take away the CO2 from us and in exchange give us oxygen, vital for our existence.

Less single family homes, more condos and more trees. Humans need shelter and clean air, not sprawling mansions.
Trees, please! I don't like my neighbors so much that I want to share a wall with them. I'd prefer some green and trees between us, and I bet they would agree!
