I just found a five leafed clover?
Answer:
Beware!! They are very bad luck. Look behind you.
Is your question 'how rare are they'? Everything else is a statement.
I don't know how you find the time to look! They must be very rare - nearly as rare as the people who look for them.
wow!!
Lucky so-and-so!
My stepdad is forever finding the four leaved ones. He even made key rings for all his family out of them. bit sad really, but each to his own, eh?
Apparently I always thought it was the four leaved ones that were hard to get, but loads find them, and now you have a five,,,,, Well done!
I wonder if its got anything to do with the greenhouse effect that every1 speaks of... you're bound to get some silly buggar coming on here and saying you're ruining the enviroment by picking it. i dont know, some have only time to moan... not that I'm that different, I'm just sick of do-gooders having too much to say.
Have a great day!
And Happy Hunting for more of those little critters!!
PW xx
Not rare at all. I've seen 5's and even 6's.
Look long enough and you will find 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 leaf clovers. At least I have.

Facts About Five-leaf Clovers
Are there "real" Five-leaf Clovers?
Yes, the 5-leaf clover is a mutation like the 4-leaf clover that does appear occasionally, but less common than the 4-leaf clover. There are 6, 7 and other multiple leaf clovers that sometimes occur.
What are the superstitions?
The superstition for the 5-leaf clover is extra good luck and attracting money. I have not come across any published information on the superstitions of other multiple leaf clovers.
What is the frequency of the 5 and other multiple leaf clovers?
Since the 5-leaf and other multiple leaf clovers are random mutations and affected by weather and growing conditions, any individual studies would probably be meaningless.
I have heard that they bring luck. congratulations
