You will not save any money buying organic it cost more than the store brands!

That is kind of like saying how can I save money at Starbucks! You can't, you can save money by making your own coffee at home!

As for good coffee at home, anything from Columbia should work! I think the best coffee comes from Columbia!
I love all of Melitta's Organic Coffees.

You should taste Melitta's Morning Bliss Organic Coffe (Light Roast).
Or if you need a Decaf- try Melitta's World Harvest Coffee Organic Tranquility

My husband likes Melitta's Sun & Moon Harvest Organic Coffee.

Melitta also has a Harvest Coffee Organic Coffee called Enchanted Evening (if you like Dark Roast.)

They cost approximately $7.00 for a 10 oz. ground bag but about 2x per year you can find it on sale for about $3.50/ 10 oz. bag.

Enjoy!
There is a kind of coffee called Alamid Coffee or Coffee Alamid, where the coffee cherries are ingested by a rodent called Philippine civet. This mammal does not degrade the coffee cherry and through time ejects the coffee cherries. People then collect the cherries from these animals' fecal matter, filter them, dry them for several days, and roasted for 7 hours. Don't worry the cherries are safe and edible. The digestive enzymes in the civet improves the aroma and flavor of the coffee cherries. These coffee cherries are the world's most expensive coffee variety, and it can only be found in the Philippines and parts of Indonesia

If you are in an urban area, go to your local Farmer's market. There you will find the freshest organic coffee available. Talk to the vendors and you can pick up a lot of information as well was coffee beans.

If you are in a rural area, search the Internet with the phrase "organic coffee" to see what is available in your price range in the quantity you require.

Some people find it more cost effective to buy green organic coffee beans and roast these themselves. This usually ends up becoming a hobby that can pay for itself.
I have a coffee right now that is delicious, organic, shade grown (so they don't have to cut down all the trees in the rainforest to grow it plus that is the traditional way coffee was grown) and fair trade (so you know that the farmers who actually grew the beans are getting paid enough to live). It is from Trader Joe's and it is called Cafe Pajaro. I hope there is a Trader Joe's near you because this coffee tastes great and it isn't expensive. If you don't have one near you,

It can taste better not that I drink coffee but organic foods cost more than non organic foods, that why tons I mean tons of people do not buy organic foods and its a lot heather than non organic foods, that's why so many people that do not buy organic foods rely on medication.
