I am organising an Environmental Challege for company cooperates to raise awareness. It will be a bicycle race through the town with stops where they will do activities. I would like some ideas on what they can do as a team builiding activity which is related to the environment. The winner is the first one to cross the finish line!

They could have a race to spread fertiliser on measured out plots,or see who could plant the most shrub's in five minutes.
