What gives those people the right to waste my natural resources and my environment? Can you imagine their reaction when they step out side in the morning to see a slightly less-lifted truck...

It was amusing reading the answers here (and by amusing I eamn terrifying). What teh asker is doing is lame and immature, but not that dangerous. What I found dangerous was the attitude of "Coach". A thousand years of oil left? Not the way your country's sucking it up. And what about when it's gone? It's so annoying listening to people who can afford to ignore what's going on and just concentrate on themselves.
Sure, global warming's a myth and pollution doesn't exist or kill houndreds of thousands of people a year. Just get back in your SUV and stick your head back up your ***.
It's wrong. You're damaging the property of another person. It's wrong and it's a crime.
If you want to go that far, I'd say that we should take your computer because it's wasting energy, heating the atmosphere and for no purpose. Would you like that?
Yes it's wrong... it's not up to you to decide what others due to help the environment.
Unfortunately most of the worlds products are transported by truck and you letting the air out of a handful will not do anything except annoy the mechanic who has to go around fixing them all morning.
If you want to help, try to think of ways to promote the new, more efficient trucks and fuels. There are some now that have 95% less emissions when you combine the new fuel with the new efficient engines.

Contrary to beliefs from the liberal left, there is plenty of oil (thousand years or more) here in the US that can deliver us from the chains of OPEC.

Why all the anger toward "lifted" trucks? Do they make you feel shorter and less significant? I thought penis size was inversely proportional to engine size, not tire size ... I could be wrong. (might be "valve stem envy") ;-)
Not if its done for the purpose of "creating awareness" of Global Warming. Then, the sky is the limit. You might want to leave a note under the windshield wiper informing the owner of Gobal Warming just to make sure he gets the point.
