I have a problem with spiders biting my brother, it seems they are mostly in the second bedroom?
the bite marks are kinda in a line down his side so i'm not sure what it is.

sounds more like bed bugs' bite. if the bite marks are long streak like bites, then it could be bedbugs. if it is really bedbugs, pour boiling water on the cots and wash the sheets and blacket all on the same day.
This could be some other type of insect bite. I would recommend getting a flea bomb from your local veterinarian and just bomb the house. It is a very simple procedure, and the bomb only costs about $15. You just need to be able to set the bomb, leave the house for a couple of hours, then air the house out. That should kill any type of insect that has moved in and set up a home in your home.

Could be critters in their mattress.
If it is spiders we have found the "Fumigator" bomb marketed by Raid to be a great product. Not messy like a regular bug bomb.
By the description of the bites I would suspect Mites in the mattress'. Either get new ones or bag them up and fumigate them with the above. Leave the enclosed for 24 hours. It works.
If it is spiders you can use "hedge balls" in the room to repell spiders. I don't know what they don't like about them, but it is an all natural plant that is not harmfull.
red ants do that. do you live around red ants?
i would suggest moving everything from side to side and vacuuming really good - take the covers off the heater vents in the room and vacuum - get rid of clutter - spiders love undisturbed clutter.
