Does anyone think this summer will get any hotter?

Our weather has been topsy tervy all year so it wouldn't surprise me!!
In August I believe. You should have known it was going to be cr*p Because back at the start of May all the newspapers (tabloids anyway) had headlines like "It's gonna be a scorcher!" or "Global Warming means hottest summer is on the way!" Duuuh.
Generally the Northern Hemisphere continues to warm until September.

Would just be nice if it would stop raining, I should imagine summer will arrive shortly but I'm no expert..hang on .even they don't get it right either. so yes, Claire say's summer will arrive july 29th!
Its not looking very hopeful to me! We could have some 90 degree weather next month. I hope so! Winter drags on so, just NOT ready for that yet.
I think so. its already in the 90´s ( 30 c +) and Humid here in Barcelona... Other parts of Spain are already in the 100´s ( 40c +) They Say August and Part of September will be Worse.. Joy...

The warmth has apparently been very good for Africa. Ot has been pretty cool here though.
I think were gonna have a hot mid August to September at least I hope as on holiday then.

Is it just me or does Summer seems to come earlier these days - it's no longer July and August that's hot, it seems to be more May and June
yesterday(19thjuly) was a beautiful day here in stoke but now its p*ssing it down again.oh wel should be grateful for my one day of sunshine,what a fun summmer that was.
.better start collecting the fire wood now that summer is over.
