Sometimes the air rushing through the ducts in the central air system in my house sounds like there is a radio on in the house.
Or possibly, your house or property is haunted.

Weird noises... Whenever an airplane nearby touches down, there's this low depressing whirring...Noises doesn't mean anything is bad - like that strange noise from the TV? Noises are all vibrations made from external forces.
It might also be the wind. I live in a pretty new house, and whenever it is windy outside, there's this brisk "whoo" - that's it.
Maybe someone is just hiding and just trying to scare you.
