When I grew up in the 50s we didn't have air conditioning. We used fans to help us cool..Automobiles didn't have air conditioning it was an expensive option..Today people are spoiled. The younger generation don't have the hardships of the older generations

Definitely drink lots of water...and keep the fan running. Even though it may just be pushing hot air around, the consensus is that moving air feels cooler to the skin than stagnent air.
I don't know if this would help, but try leaving all of your windows open at night. Then, in the morning, close everything, and close all of the shades, curtains, etc. It will be pretty dark, but should help by blocking out the sun and hot air that warming a building during the day. This works best for areas that cool off at night, at least 20 degrees.
Hope that helps a bit!
try going to the next community pool and cool down or if it is that hot take an ice bath try not to use a lot of electricity or bring some friends and have a water fight or go to the beach
Go to the beach & jump in the sea. Or take off all your gear & walk around naked. That will keep you cool.
