Okay this sounds rather odd, however it is no lie. I have a bull horn, it is like a decorative piece and something like a fungus looking thing makes holes through it and like fungus dangles on the outside.. does anyone know what this is?or have any ideA?

sounds like you have fungus that has gotton into it from maybe some fleshy piece that was left inside..i would call a local taxidermist and ask them if you can use something like bleach on a objust like that..
maybe its termites? or a mold of somekind or a bacteria? try cleaning it with antibacterial soap...
