I don't believe in global warming? will an inconvenient truth change my mind?

Answer:
Only if you're gullible, naive and have the IQ of pudding.

I reccomend you look at scientific sources before you let Weird Al Gore freak you out with exaggerated statistics and scare tactics. Try http://www.nasa.gov and search for "global warming."
global warming,is a natural event
It might, if you watch with an open mind. If you have already made your mind up, it won't change a thing.
NASA seems to be making the exact same points as Gore.. what are you getting at?
It really depends. It would be affected by your reasons for not believing it exists. If you go into the movie thinking that global warming is some liberal conspiracy, than Al Gore talking to for an hour or so isn't going to sway you.

I would suggest you watch some films or read some books that aren't so "politically charged" and on issues that are more mutually agreed upon than global warming. Being environmentally aware does not mean that you have to agree with a specific political party.
when you look at the earth's climate history, there is a warming and cooling pattern. Yes we are in a global warming period but its not for the first time. Its natural and nothing to freak out about.
I'm sorry you can't have that opinion. Global warming is religion, I mean fact and you must be punished for such blasphemy, I mean right wing ideas. I choose not to watch An Inconvenient Truth, or any Michael Moore films because I don't choose to support their propaganda with my hard earned dollars. If you do decide to watch it, I suggest you read Michael Creighton's book, State of Fear, it too is a work of fiction but much of the research, footnotes etc. are taken from real studies and respected scientist as I am sure are Mr. Gore's followers. The truth is we do not know enough about climate change to determine acurately what the future will look like or if we can affect it one way or another, that said reducing pollution is always a good idea.
Sadly enough, yes.
Why don't you watch it, and get back to us?
The subject is divoid of any belief you hold
Not to plug Michael Moore, if you saw Farwenheit 911
did you have more confidence in the republican left afterwards?
"An Inconvenient Truth will shift your reality without changing your mind
the way "Jaws" effected your experience of swimming in the ocean
see it more than once
heck: buy the DVD
it will be a wise investment
Al Gore does a spectacular presentation of what's really happening to this planet as the result of the Human Condition.
There's no denying the earth is getting hotter but it's all part of natures Pendulum. The weather will always continue to bobble back and forth (that's why data shows evidence of an ice age maybe?) So people need to stop freaking out about this stuff. People just like to find something to talk about and keep it on their mind and blame everyone for it because it's your fault, not mine.
I think that you will change your mind.. What that documentary tells us is factual... The movie is a little boring but it does have a VERY important message.. I think you should watch it and let us know what you thought... :)
It's real unlikely that any truth, convenient or otherwise, will affect your views. In fact, the morte evidence to the contrary you are confronted with, the more confirmed you will be in your beliefs (until they eventually kill you).
It depends how gullible you are.
