I had low energy, too. I started taking GNC Mega Men Sport vitamins and it really helped. They have a Mega Woman brand too.
Well, you are oviously very tired or just lacking your needed supply of water, food, and exercise. Instead of sitting inside, go outside and walk around the block browsing the shops with a waterbottle in your hand. Come home and eat a ton of fruits and vegtables. Sit down and whatch a movie. After take a long nap. The next day call in for work sick and re do this rutein. You'll feel energized in no time. To keep your energy up all the time, come home eat healthy then do your work right away(if you have any to do), Do somthing exciting or even go out with firends, but come home by 9 or 10. Before going to bed quickly exercise for half and hour then take a quick refreshing shower. In the morrning you'll feel great.
that is a health q not environment stupid
Either start exercising a little or stop exercising too much...
Get some sleep, you will most likely have more energy when you wake up!
drink redbull!! it gives you wings.
Don't panic, all you need is some multi-vitamines.
Sometimes it isn't a physical issue. Maybe you are just bored. Sometimes I feel my most tired when I am most bored.
Get up, find something to do, anything, and see if you don't feel a little better.
Energy begets energy...Start exercising, and reduce your intake of sugar.
This will cure every malady known to mankind. Exercise reduces stress hormones and releases the body's own endorphins, which are said to be 10x more powerful than morphine.
Try whatever you think will keep you going, and work into it slowly. I just got back into jogging. After averaging 6 miles 6 days a week I stopped for personal reasons.
I actually couldn't jog 1/2 mile when re-starting. Now I'm back up to 4 miles nearly everyday.
That's my $.02
You just need a good multiple vitamin Centrum Are good

I have the same problem, instead of drinking anthing with caffiene, take B complex vitamins. I was told by a natural doctor that it would help with energy and help calm stress. Both happened. There is a product out called Emergencies. They are packets that you mix with water and they fizz. They taste great and have loads of C and B vitamins you can drink several a day without overloading on vitamins you are not supposed to. I have gotten so many people hooked on these. If you live in the US go to Walgreens or any health food store to purchase them.
pay your electric bill !!!
Go vegan. You will have more energy than you ever dreamed possible.
Depends on how old you are. In any case, if you're serious, go see your doctor. In real cases the best diagnostic tool is a blood test.
If you're a teenager you can be in need of a lot more sleep. You'd need 9 to 12 yours a day, depending on what stage your hormones were in. You can skip some sleep for a while, but it will catch up and you'll be lethargic for days if you do not sleep enough. If a few days of good long sleep doesn't help, see your doctor.
If you're over 45 years you can be suffering from hypothyroidism. Lack of thyroid hormone. In time you will just get so tired that you stop breathing. Not good for a life. See your doctor.
If you're over 50 you can be suffering from Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. If your body cannot digest sugar you'll have no energy. Unfortunately you often get fat before getting the disease, so it is hard to believe that you're not burning that sugar. Ultimately you die.
If you're something less than 25 years old you might have Type 1 Diabetes. This is caused by your body having a genetic propensity to not producing insulin or to not being able to manage with the insulin that it does secrete. Unless treated you will not live into your 30s. Sometimes you'll not make it much past 17 or 18, unless you're quick to see your doctor.
There are any number of other conditions that will make you feel like you do not have any energy. One is that you're not keeping fit. You should get enough exercise each day to ensure that your heart is going fairly flat out and your breathing elevated for 10 minutes or more. It might take another 10 minutes to get to that stage if you're a runner. If a walker you'll need 30 minutes before you're into that last 10 minutes.
Just remember that if you have not been to see your doctor you'll be setting yourself up for a heart attack - if you really are suffering from something serious - so don't exercise without a checkup first.
You might be suffering from leptospirosis, farmworkers often get it, and it is very debilitating. But a doctor can treat it and you'll live - after being very fatigued for a year or more.
I could go on - you didn't give me very many clues. A good doctor should be able to see the symptoms of the worst things that are going to happen to you, almost, right away. But, you have to make that appointment and visit!
just drink some coffee and you will stay up
You need to tell your computer, because it is still on.
