Did Global Warming peak 17 years ago?
If the Earth's temp was rising, shouldn't it be near 150 by now?
Answer:
Who knows with this stuff. There's a lot of evidence that it's true, but at the same time I recently read an article from the '70s where the scientists were all worried about global COOLING and citing record low temperatures here and there and showing graphs that every year was getting cooler.
global warming is from the sun, Mars is having the same temp increases right now, and losing its polar ice caps, Just like us, it its average increase in temp is identicle to earths., Do some research
Are you aware the earth has been through 6 ice ages? And 6 warming periods to recover? Anytime some global warming fruitcake gets on your case simply ask them what in the hell caused these cooling and warming periods BEFORE the industrial age, they will change the subject each and every time. Oh and why is mars having the exact same warming trend we are? It's called solar fluctuations. Liberals are retarded.
Yes you are correct, the center of the earth is in Phoenix. Duh! I should've realized that!
It peaked 10,000 years ago at the beginning of time. The World's climate changes because the sun is revolving around the Earth and at certain times the sun is closer than at other times. The earth's climate has been changeing for centuries and its only this time that the governments have jumped up and down and told us they are rising taxes for so called global warming, its just another clever scam for politicians to get some easy cash.
Regardless of whether or not you believe in global warming, which no it shouldn't be 150 by now, when it isn't warming that fast, you should still be concerned about pollution in all of its forms.
and no, it did not peak 17 years ago. it is suggested, that the earth will soon hit a short cooling period before warming even more.
And regardless of what scientists claimed global cooling, and the skeptics of it, which were almost everyone, or what they claim now, they all agree that man made emissions has a large impact on global climate variations.
that was global cooling..remember that
No. Global warming is higher now and continues to rise at an accelerated rate.
The crapola about it "peaking" comes from oilcompany misinformation they've been circulating for some time. And your answer is even more nonsensical. Global warming refers to overall AVERAGE changes-not to local variations--as anyone with even a grade-school grasp of science knows.
Yes but other factors also affect the temperature change, like rain in other parts...
