yeah.. we are thinking same crisis.. Its really disappointing right? people are becoming selfish and only thinks for there own happiness. and yes the world is really overly populated its seems its so crowded. I just hope there will be no world war 3.. but just a better future for our planet and solutions for these crisis..
Not for a long time. Were all united right now so WW3 isn't going to be happening soon in hundreds of years untill the stuff you said. Global warming won't happen till were dead is my prediction. Well be fine with the resources, there plenty to go around. When it happens people would fight for resources.

Who would fight WWIII? Would it be a mass civil war? International uprisings against the rich-poor gap? Or would China and the rising Asian Superpowers fight the Western world? Either way, it would create a lot more pollution than it would solve.
My view? Mass government marketing schemes, including tax breaks and propoganda, worldwide, to support the one-child family.

No world war cannot be the solution . One day the mankind will invent cheap process to convert sea water into potable water. And water can be a source of energy becoz it's H2 and O2. H2 can be used as fuel and O2 for mankind survival. Be optimistic.
Tell the church, according to most doctrines the only purpose people have is to pump out baby believers from bulging bellies like bunnies. War won't come close to killing the number of people who are going to die in the next 100 years due to GW (both of the GWs). Electricity isn't running out, we had a nice lightning storm just yesterday, the nuke plant was still running but the wind turbine was shut down. It'll be +40 tomorrow ... do I live in Africa? HOW FLIPPING SELFISH CAN YOU GET? If you took every person in the world you would even be able to sqeueeze them into Jacksonville, Florida with loads of room to spare. Lets say 2.5 sq. ft for 6.5 billion people. Compare that to the size of Earth, and you'll find earth is pretty darn empty. As for Global Warming theres no such thing, its just another clever plot by the government to make money off its citizens. Look at the problems China has with their birth controlling of 1 child per family. Girls and Women are Kidnapped, Baby Girls are thrown away and either die or end up in hell on Earth (very few are adopted in the States and Europe) or r forced to become child slaves. You want this to happen in America and Europe too? ARE YOU CRAZY?

The Muslim faith is committed to large families so that is a few years Muslims will outnumber those who they consider to be infidels.
The Muslim nations will not voluntarily go along with any attempt to limit population.
With the problems we are having in Iraq, I do not think that any sane person is going to impose population limits on Muslim countries.
We would be at war with all of the Muslim countries if we attempted to impose p[opulation limits on them.
There is a way to make a huge contribution toward solving the Global Warming problem that is non violent and will not lead to a world war.
The way to do that is to blockade Iran and prevent Iran from exporting any oil.
This will cause the price of oil to skyrocket and drastically reduce the consumption of oil because of its price. This will make renewable sources of energy price competitive.
This will drastically reduce the amount of carbon dioxide that is emitted by the use of fossil fuels.
This will also shut off the flow of funds that are used for terrorism around the world.

The hydrogen in sea water is not an energy source, it is a means of storing energy. If the electricity is produced by the use of windpower, it is a means of storing that energy until you are ready to use it.
i do think the world is over-populated, and i personally think that not everyone should be allowed to raise a child cuz there are way too many screwed up MoFos out there. However, WW3 could cause much more damage to the environment than it is now.
Think about use of nuclear weaponry, and the mass production of war machines. You need factories for those, and they produce a lot of waste. If our personal safety is at stake here, no one will give a rat's *** about the environment. In addition, it would be quite unfair to have a war for population control. Will the war be held in Europe or the Middle East or Asia? If so, there will be an overpopulation of Americans (as in both continents) and Africans and possibly Australians. That will cut down on the diversity of the world. Further animal extinctions will take place, and pollution will be worse than ever. And in the long run, we will have clean up the war's mess in addition on what we are doing now. You need manpower for that.
War is never good. Necessary sometimes, but never good.
Claudia, you obviously haven't studied the Koran. You see, according to Muslim prophecy, the war in Iraq is the third world war. I am not Muslim, but I do know that Abraham was the father of the Jewish religion, and his illegitimate son was the founder of the Muslim religion because he wasn't accepted by Abraham's religious status quo. So you see what I am saying in summary is there are too many people in this world today and none of us can agree totally on anything. Man creates thriving civilizations which threaten the ecology, and every 5,135 years, Mother Nature disciplines all her children at once. No one can understand what happened to the Egyptian civilization approximately 11,000 years ago. It is as simple as this, ever so often this solar system experiences a polar shift, as our sun spirals through the galaxy in which we live, it is an inevitable phase change in astronomical nature, that cannot be changed or avoided.
