How much do you contribute to global warming?
Answer:
I just read about this website on the Wall Street Journal: Carbon Diet Plan. It is an application that can put us on a 'carbon diet'. As an individual and friends, we can make an impact on global warming 1 lb at a time.

dont use a car

O WOW.
my mom and i live on a solar powerd house. dont use hair spray or spray whiped cream of anything!!!
o and we dont even own a car, we ride our bike!
I drive a 65 Chevy, keep my house at 70 degrees in the summer and 80 in the winter. If I need to go to the mailbox, which is a block away, I drive.
Pretty good!
I bike to work.
Drive a Prius when I drive.
Have an energy star fridge.
Use CFLs.
Water heater wrapped in a blanket.
Turn off lights and appliances when not in use.
According to the carbon calculator linked below, I'm responsible for 1.7 tons of CO2 emissions per year, which is much smaller than the 7.5 ton national average. So i'm pretty bad too!
I do as much as possible to contribute to global warming. I have on my dishwasher, washer, dryer, air conditioning and just got done taking a long shower. I drove my car to work and my husband drives an SUV. We eat meat and love to travel. I have a burn barrel in my backyard and burn all my paper. I like nothing better than to grab the empty cereal box and go set a match to it. We do our best to help.
I still eat beans(methane gas). But seriously, man-made global warming is a joke. Greenland has been warmer,
