Does anyone have any comments regarding the ever so green live earth event?
The Live Earth event is, in the words of one commentator: "a massive, hypocritical fraud".

Answer:
I think Bon Jovi pretty much summed up what celebrities think of the environment: "We wrote a cheque, we took care of our footprint and raised awareness, blah blah blah."
From what I've seen, the whole thing is just a big PR gimick for the A-list acts and just another gig for the lesser known acts.
if u light a fart, the methane will change to co2 & h2o. methane is more global warming than co2
it in itself is a good event to raise money true, but look at all the stars and the fuel they use to fly. all that exhaust that is released into the air. How about all the trash that will be generated by all the people who attend. Madonna, is just one how about Gene simmons from Kiss. His show shows alot of energy waste there. All the cars, planes, etc. Everyone needs to start with themselves and see how they can change on there energy uses.
yes i have a comment. why even bother, they are doing more harm than good to the environment, not that i care about that. if however you are trying to raise awareness to a problem the way to go about it is not to contribute to the problem.
it is nothing more than a way for people to feel good about something, why would people even consider someone like Sheryl crow as a authority on global warming is beyond me, music yes environment not even close. what are her qualifications? i am not picking on her she is just one who is on the ticket and has been in the media in recent weeks.
Dont you like music??
