I had a horrible dream, please I some help to figure out what it means!!?

I was at a wedding and I knew al the people there. It was a church and it looked kind of creepy with very dim light. The bride and groom where walking towards the priest and everybody was watching them. I had my sister (13yrs) in my arms. I was carrying her and she was very heavy for me we are almost the same size im (20yrs) skinny. I was yelling, begging for help but no one would do anything. My sister was vomiting blood and she was dying. I got out of there running trying to find someone that would help us! i found my aunt who has newborn twins and she told me that one of them died of the same thing and it happened in a matter of hours. Whe I heard that I kept running faster to find a hospital, my legs were weak and the weight was unbearable. I finally found a hospital and the doctors didn't want to help me...until i explained what she had...they put her in a bed and give her a medicine to breath in. She got better almost instantly and then i started ti feel sick too.

ok this is what im getting...i might be wrong but this is what i think...even though you love your sister very much, she did something to annoy you/make you mad. thats why she was dying. the newborn twins are new to you so one of them died to bring back the sense of them not being there. you having trouble running was because something big has happened of some sort of stress has come into your life and you're figuring out how to handle it. your sister got better because you know you love her reguardless of how mad she made you. you got sick because someone has let you know that they were mad at you or annoyed with you...

anyways, this is what i think...i have a lot of weird dreams too.
It means you love your sister and the family.
Dreams like this come when your belief in GOD is less.
Do your work and leave the rest to GOD.
I don't know if this will help, but after a long time thinking about it I've reached the conlusion that dreams are nothing but insanity with no meaning. this dream will be hard to forget, but try. Go ahead and be gratefull for your sister's well-being here in the real world, too.
