I enjoy living. I like to keep things relaxed and do people watching. People do the funniest things. I went to the Roman Baths recently and it was like being in stereotypcast town. The japenesse visitors were talking lots of pictures, the english were pretneding not to be tourists. The Americans were just terribly impressed my it all, but they had bigger at home.
Life is wonderful when you remember to take a step back.

Yes I do. Retired, a bed to myself, peace and solitude. Just disabled enough not to be expected to put people up or cook anybody meals any more. Unable to accept invitations, and not quite well to request any. Enough to live on and a view of trees - access to books and silence. But no cat. It would be perfect with a cat.

Sometimes I enjoy my life. I am 30 years older than you and so the "rose tinted glasses" have steamed over somewhat. There are parts of my life that I don't enjoy but, on the positive, I love my work, kids, grandchildren, music, reading, writing, keeping fit. Also LOVE Yahoo Questions and answers since I discovered it last month. Here I am chatting to you when I ought to be doing household chores. LOL!
Having had my full entitlement of three score years and ten I enjoy every day twice as much now because its an unexpected bonus. I know that when the morning comes that I wake up dead I am not going to be disappointed because I will have fulfilled all my lifes wishes. Anyone who doesn't take every opportunity to enjoy the day they have will live a life of regret. If all the "gunnas" had done what they say they "cudda done" there would be a lot more happy people in the world.

I just wanted to add something however. I am a counselor and work with a lot of substance abusers and many times when I first meet with them they tell me that they don't want to quit using drugs or alcohol because they are enjoying their life. I also meet with folks who are don't abuse substances who tell me they are enjoying life. My next question, of course, is... if you enjoying your life, why are you seeking counseling? After they look at the reality of their lives and pull their head out of their a*% they realize they aren't enjoying life at all. They are in denial. Interesting and related to your question so I added it.
I enjoy my life and i learned that it's not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts.
I'm a 16 year old struggaling to make life work. My dream is to make movies and for the past 6 months I've worked my butt off trying to make a film. I done it! Now I'm waiting to see if I got anywhere in this competition I despreatly want to win. It's a long wait and a lot of my life depends on it.I love life but it's hit the ditch. (moan moan moan)

Hitting 5 pm on a weekday and driving home through my town and walking around my house to get the mail, climbing the steps to go inside and put on the TV and decide what to eat for dinner, saying hi to my pets,I love it. Call me boring.
There are the health crises for me, my husband, my mom. I deal with those, but I love the normal times.
Living life to the full well actually spending some of it on Y!A.

I think my life pretty blessed- I seen many worse even back in Atlanta.
But you know- I feel it's so sad we have so many young people feeling depressed. It's a tragedy. Means we all falling apart as a community and not care about each other any more. Nothing so sad as seeing a young girl or boy feel like they have nothing to live for.
