God of control psychological test by David Kopplin. The actual questions for reference in essay on psyc.?

I cannot find the actual test David Kopplin devised in 1979. He is a Psychology professor presently practicing in Texas. He divised a brief test in 1979 to which I refer to in my essay on Locus of control and I need the actual questions, for appendix. Please help. maybe someone knows his email address.I have emailed the university in Texas where he teaches, at this stage received no reply. Can anyone out there help? URGENT Thanks

Answer:
if you have a good library on campus they should have a big book of tests. it's just their listing but from there the librarian can order it. or, if you know the name, you can search for it in an article database and find other people who have used it. they often put it in their own appendices. or, you could see if dr. kopplin wrote a book or other publication where he talked about it. he might have enclosed a copy. if it's a copyrighted test though, you would have to buy it from the publisher. like the mmpi and others. but i would think a locus of control test would be easily available. good luck
