Answer:
go to the school therapist
Tell her you're depressed.
If you are under 16 then this is very common and doesn't mean that you have some deep seated problem. Your Mom knows best...therapy can screw people up worse than anything.
Go to a clinic, or your school. It may not be physchological it may be something like bi-polar or idk, go check it out.
umm, go to the doctor yourself. or fake something else like say ur throat hurts really bad and go to the regular doctor and he can refer you to a doctor.
If you're a teenager then I think that is fairly normal but if you are concerned maybe talk to a doctor or research it and find out all the info so that when you present it to your mum she'll recognise it as a serious concern rather than a 'hunch'. Hope this helps you.
pregnant? or maybe really sick? Some people are very moody and find out they have brain tumors (not to be an *** or anything). If you think it is serious, you may want to get checked out...
try to find a help line in your area...or a counsellor in your school. Good for you for reaching out. Just make it happen for yourself. I does get better, i promise! Good luck ! :)
Go to a therapist. They can help you. Don't be scared, i have been to therapists man times in my lives. There is nothing to be scared of :)
Hello :) Dont be scared my dear. First of all it all depends on how old you are. And if you realy do feel you need help try to be calm and mature about it and search for a psicologist. Its normal to have mood swings at some point of our ethic lives, hun. Youre not alone. Be strong ! :) You will find a way.
Sweet Pea how old are you? You sound like you are in ur teens. Most mom's and dad's don't get it. I am a mother of 3 and I know how you feel. Just try sitting her down and talk to her and say mom I got this going on in my life, and this is really a problem to me and I need you to hear me out mom. Then take your time and explain to her your feelings. I promise you will get a much better result from your mom, ok my dear.
Sounds like Bipolar Disorder. It can be very serious so look into it more...maybe find some sites online that have tests you can take to find out if you are or not. Try and talk calmly and rationally with your mother to get your thoughts across (which may be hard, but talking instead of screaming will show her youre serious and very concerned for your mental health).
go to the school counsler or therapist
The world was made for people to love, grow, and learn.
God made the world because HE loves you. Yet all the angels
and good people does not chew your duty daily like you do.
I say this due to the fact that attention to your own life is the
important duty. Realizing that there are parties for the ten foot
tall people in the news, and keeping safe with more peaceful
ideals is for you. The input is equal to the output for youth.
Try to get interested in nutritional values, rest, reading,
hobbies that are sharing experiences that add up to learning.
Meeting people is a busy time for youth, and all those friends
you make will be there for your whole life. Do not discount
the fact that all those good attributes need you to grow faith
and not to make the world your problem. Believe now, be
alive later. Keeping fun in your day is always a good choice.

I can only imagine how helpless you must feel. If you think you need help you probably do. At the very least you need to talk to an impartial professional to allay your fears. Can you talk to a school counselor? Minister of your church? A relative that your mom respects? You need someone to bridge the communication gap between you and your mom. My guess is that either she's in denial about your problems or perhaps she's wearing those filters that moms have that reject anything that sounds like a complaint. If you're scared you deserve to have those fears addressed. Good luck
Sounds like bipolar. But how long have you been feeling this way! It has to be more than 6 mounths.
there is a really good chance that there is nothing too drastically wrong with you . adolescence is hard - especially when you don't have good supportive people around you . whether there is something wrong or not - good diet excersise and all that good stuff helps . i know all kinds of people with ALL kinds of mental health problems and trust me IT HELPS . also vitamin b can help with a lot of stuff , its good for womens health too , so maybe you can get your mum to get it for you . also try not to worry - it doesn't help . a therapist sounds like a great idea btw , but finding a good friend , or teacher or whoever that you can talk to can help too . take care of you .
