No matter how talented, fit and bright you are, this form of self aggrandizing obsession makes one look weak, dense, un-insightful, one dimensional, incompetent and uninteresting to the rest of the world (sort of like the male version of a Paris Hilton).

You may need to get a life my friend, otherwise you will harden into a Narcissistic, self absorbing loner!
