Well, I don't think it's a moral issue, but a safety issue. It's not bad, but it certainly might be dangerous :-)
Only if you hold them in such a way that if you fall you stab yourself.
Pay attention when you run and you should be able to drop them if you fall.
Only people with no sense would hold a pair of scissors so that they'd stab themselves if they fell.
You could fall while walking and holding them.
Maybe people shouldn't use them at all if they aren't sure of the ability to hold something sharp.
