How do you stop thinking, and especially dreaming about the person you love?
One that you parted with a long, long time ago...
I just want it to be over.
How do I stop dreaming?
Answer:
Think of every SHITTTy moment and every bad day. Dont forget all the BAD times. Also try to remember that you are apart for a reason. EIther she left you because she doesnt like you ( that alone should piss you off) of you left her because you dont want her and I am sure yoru reasons still stand!
bring a gun into your dream.
You need to occupy your mind with other thoughts by doing things, and being proactive in your life.
wake up might just work n00b
You might need to find something or someone else to occupy your mind with. Go to school. Get another girlfriend. Or perhaps get a girlfriend at school. I promise you you'll be too busy to think of anything else.
let her go spritauly and mintaly just tell your self that we are threw and i need to move on. go online and flirt with people on myspace or tagged or somthing.
replace the thought of her with someone or something else -- and practice, practice -- it's difficult but not impossible -- and it takes time
Ok, I know how you feel i was in a situation like this once. I know that it can be hard getting over the one you love even if it was a while ago, and that sometimes it just gets annoying to think about. What I did was to find some body i could talk to and confide in, and they helped me get over the one I loved. I found someone with the same qualities that the one I loved had and then I just gradually started to get over my love. I hope i have helped you solve your problem.

You need to fined something to do like read before you go to bed.
Try therapy, you need closure. Find a kewl therapist that you connect with and work it out in therapy.
The only thing that works is finding someone else to replace them. Someone that you love just as deeply. Until you do, your mind is going to naturally drift back to those fond emotional memories. Take control of yourself, accept the fact that the previous relationship is over and move on.
concentrate on something else and you know what we humans are better to think about negative aspect instead of positive aspect!! so you can think about that person's habit that you did not like and make it to the reason to hate him!!
