Amnesia?
if a person who suffered from amnesia was cured would they ever remember they 4got?
Answer:
Yes, they would.
no, i think they wouldn't remember.
I don't remember.....
If they are cured, yes.
in most cases, they'll remember everything withthin due time. There are some cases where a person won't ever remember, but it is most common to regain all memory eventually, if not all at once.
I am not sure. You could do research on it over the web and see what you find. I do my research using askjeeves.com
it varies from person to person.
yes, erm i ,erm,oh sh*t,i forgot what i was on about now!
I can't remember.
What was the question again?
I 4get.
er?
WOW ,,, l think they would remember eventually.
Im sure they would!
yes and no. Everyone is different....some remember everything again but might take some time to re-gain all the memory. Some re-gain 50/50. It varies peron to person
I would think for a long while they would remember only up to the point of the injury or point when they started forgetting. I don't know that people are totally cured because it's still strange to them when they do remember. Maybe they forgot because of some shock or a stroke or some bad accident then they might not remember parts of their life at all cause some part in their brain may be injured forever.
There are different types of amnesia. Some are permanent, others are not, so it would depend on which type of amnesia they had.
I know from experience that Amnesia can never be completely healed. People that can't remember from traumatic shock or induced delusions etc. they usually remember what was going on.
However, if it's something naturally deficient with the memory then those memories never even took place, from the perspective of the victim. It's like taking a photo but not saving it.
I'm afraid it's the biggest curse out there to lose a chunk of your life, no matter how small.
Yes. Amnesia can be caused by trauma to the head. Ironically, head trauma can also cure it. However, I believe that amnesia sufferers can be treated with the introduction of familiar objects and people.
I used to know the answer to this but I forgot.
Yes they would remember that they had forgotten things, but might not remember everything they had forgotten.
Most people don't suffer such problems but are unable to remember everything that has happened recently.
Classic is forgetting what you had for breakfast only few hours later. But it is stored somewhere, just that the brain has decided it was not important enough to retain at 'front' of your memory.
Im not sure, would it be better not to remember that you had forgot? That's actually quite scary to think of.I would rather not know that I had suffered from amnesia. I think you would torture yourself for years about the things that you may or may not have forgotten. Does that make sense??
