Answer:
been there, got the t-shirt and wore it out... Im 46, feel 36 but to be honest, sometimes I act as if I were 16.sort of without thought.I give, to a fault...if I don't have it to give.then I call in favours, borrow off Peter to give to Paul, you know the score.Love, friendship, a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on.I can give all that and do so unconditionally, though when I'm the one calling out in the dark, no-one hears.you follow?
It seems to me, there is something missing in your life though only you know what that is...maybe a partner or a true friend that expects nothing in return. Someone that appreciates your efforts and shares your views...a place to belong.
You can be helpful, generous and too willing to offer support and subsequently be taken for granted. It's wise to offer advice and support in an attempt to help the individual to conquer things themselves, this would gain greater satisfaction to both parties. Though by all means, stand by, as a safety net just in case they stumble.it's cruel and heartless to build someone up then let them fall further.
Constantly giving WILL eventually use up your batteries, burn you out and unless you have found your soulmate, you're heading into deep water yourself. Protect yourself, think of number one every now and then.
God bless.
Happiness is a pursuit you gotta keep chasing after it. Do new things. If you like giving then give yourself a vacation and take a friend. You gotta constantly look for happiness in everything or life seems to take on a dull "numb" feeling.
Go the the childrens book section at the bookstore and read the very cool picture book: 'You Are Special'. Enjoy and realize you very much are. Read about the author in the story as well. again... realize you are special!
i really don't understand the question. but i don't think there's anything wrong with feeling younger than your age.
