There's only one ghost I know and that's the Holy Ghost the Spirit Of God The Father Of Jesus Christ Our Lord And Savior ! And The way I interact and see him is by way of prayer/faith/ and his love ! he loved the world so much he died for my sins and was buried and raised on the third day!

it all starts with you. some people are more in-tune with things of that nature then others. another thing that helps is belief. you have to believe in what you are, hearing, smelling, seeing, and feeling. seeing is not always believing.
