Phobophobia is the fear of fears. It seems illogical, but why can't you have a fear of fear? It really does make sense. It's not illogical, just ironic.

I think it's not a phobia, because i believe phobia is a mental illness that shud be cure, while being fear to fear is not an illness but it's mean to be Brave !
Here is what I think, when people get scare or fear to something or someone, they would usually avoiding it / them, now, if you fear of fear then you'd avoiding fear, mean that you are no longer fear of the fear because you don't want to deal with the fear anymore, in fact you are going to confrot the fear just to get away from the fear, and eventually you are a brave one !

I am actually phobophobic, or w/e... I hate being scared by people, I'm a very jumpy person...if the room/tv creeks i sometimes jump. I hate the dark, I fear someone will jump out and get me, unless someone else is with me. I'm crazy, what more to say?
