What effects your mood?

some days you wake up in a really good mood and everything seems to go your way, another day you may wake up and everything seems to go against you. is something or someone affecting the mood we are in from one day to the next?

Answer:
I really think it's about how others act towards you. For example, if I'm not talked properly to or ignored- it could really ruin my day. However, an extra smile or hi, a compliment even could really spark everything. Also, accomplishing things. Getting a good grade, completing a beautiful artpiece makes me feel really good about my self, hence improving my mood.

Hope that helped ^^
most of the time its someone that affects my mood. but there are times when i get angry because its hot or i'm bored.
Most of my moods are internal, and it's pretty hard for someone else to change it. However, specific events can change all this. Seeing someone suffer, learning more about social or economic injustice, or environmental waste and damage. The way I improve my mood when affected by these types of things is to get busy and do something that would help turn it around.
what to tell yourself changes the way you feel and the way the world looks.
I usually do not wake up in a good mood or a bad mood. I just wake up knowing that today will be different than any other day in my life. I have no expectations.
I think the weather has the most influence on my moods. Not necessarily the weather where I live--so maybe barametric pressure. I am of the older generation and rather than blaming old age--I tend to blame the weather. lol But it is a fact.
Also the quality of sleep I get. I may sleep all night but it may not be the deep sleep needed to restore my body. This is very important to my body.
16:50 on a Saturday or 21:35 on a Wednesday does it for most football supporters.
I believe it comes down to the the mind, body and spirit connection. If these are in balance you feel good, when they are not you don't.
For me the body seems to effect me the most, when I don't eat right, when I don't get enough sleep, etc. I'm more likely to not feel well.
I don't know about every one, but I seem to be affected by every thing. I do find though, that when I'm eating & exercising regularily that I do wake up feeling better more than not. of course, if my lady & I are at ends with each other, nothing can make the day better. So, eat well, exercise, & keep your woman happy & joyous!
My 'MOOD' was really down, the day I discovered my
husband dead......then 4 years later, my 'MOOD'
was exceptionally good when I had a modest win on the Lotto!!
I really do notthink the word 'MOOD' is logical in the long term,
but more "how ya feeling" covers it all from day to day !!
also, surely 'MOOD' suggest depression ??
Usually people affect my mood. If i have a good shag the night before i'll wake up feeling nice, but some one always f..k it up you know, sooner or later. So just enjoy the good moods when you can!
I like to think that I am in control of my moods. That no one
else can have that kind of control over me. I have no time
for people who lie, cheat and steal. I am not out of control
when I display my anger and contempt.
Nothing gives you a positive head start than a good night's sleep. Its always those restless nights that cause your day to go bad. You wake up feeling tired, irritable, and testy. Everything and everyone around you seem to piss you off. Before you know it, you yourself end up creating negative situations for yourself and start the vicious cycle which stays with you for most of the day.

So rule number one? Always give yourself the luxury of a good night's sleep.

There is a quick remedy for those nights when you did not sleep well, and when things start to go bad for you the next day. The best way to break the negative cycle is to take out a few moments during the day, close your eyes and take stock of things and situations around you. Meditate for a few moments and let your inner silent overcome you. It is amazing how quickly you can set things right again. Being aware of your moods is winning half the battle already.
If you're feeling moody - some quick fixes are:
- take a walk outside
- go exercise
- meet up with friends
- work on your hobbies

If you feel your mood is not changing with the use of these, you should seek a professional help.

There are also available natural substances in Health Stores that affect the mood to the better.
if i have a bad dream then i wake up feeling sad and delicate. if its a good drea i wake up all happy and energetic or fabulous.

then ill be happy for the day unless: someone uses up my fave shampoo or shower gel. if someone uses all my cereal, if the bus doesnt come or if i miss it, if someone im meeting is REALLLY late. or if they do somethign bad. pretty simple really.
Biorhythms affect out moods - even the moods of the control-freaks who say they never have moods.

Tap 'Biorhythms' into Google, tap your birth date in there - you can work out your most favorable times & avoid the unfavourable. From the day we are born, we experience emotional, physical & intellectual cycles that influence our cerebral, physical & spiritual health.

PMT is partially due to the emotionally critical days of those cycles.
It depends on having a good nights sleep.
