I have a problem regarding hatred?

When I get angry I just start to hate people. When someone does something stupid or unfavorable to me I always say "I hate you"... and I just want to kill them. And when I watch TV, I always say "I hate this show", or "I hate him/her". And see, I hate my father so everytime I see him I cuss him in my head like hell and just want to kill him. If it wasn't for my sister I would have killed him a long time ago.

So clearly, there is something wrong with me.

marky, I would also suggest you seek professional help. But even more important, you need to realize that everything you do in life is a choice. You do have control over that. Right now you are making the choice to hate. Turn that around and make the choice to forgive. Forgiving isn't always easy, but it's very healing and it gets easier with practice. Every morning when you wake up, tell yourself "I am making the choice to forgive those who upset me." Remind yourself to do that throughout each day. You'll be surprised at how good you'll start feeling about yourself and others. As for TV shows that upset you..grab the remote and switch the channels till you find something that makes you happy.or turn the TV off altogether and do something that makes you feel good about yourself. You are the only one who is in control of your feelings. Take things slowly and think things through before you react. You'll be a much happier person in the long run. Good Luck!

Which is good.
It's normal to get angry and dislike situations or people...but hatred in and of itself only hurts you!
It will make an ugly person of you, if you allow it to.
Keep this in mind:

"Hate does more to the vessel in which it is stored
than unto the vessel upon which it is poured"

Hating someone else has NO effect on them, they likely are not bothered by this fact at all, it is you who suffer.

Hate is a waste of time.
My guess is that you have unresolved anger that you are holding onto. This energy needs to be released and expressed in a positive way. I recommend that you identify what is the root of the anger and then work at talking it out, this can be through therapy, friends, whatever as long as it is constructive. Then you can release the anger and eventually come to forgive yourself and all that you are angry with. You will then find your life will become much better. All of this may take some time, just do the best you can each day, step by step, you will get there.
