What do you do in order to not feel like this? I feel like I reach out to people, but then pull back. Maybe it has to do with trust...

Yeah, I feel like that alot. It deals with trust a lot. After giving it out just to get hurt, you learn to stop trusting all together. Then you feel alone. And then that gives you a picture of me.
maybe it has to do with social anxieties
see a real shrink and see what they say..maybe an antidepressant or antianxiety pill will change all that for u :)
yes it could be that your afraid of being judged or not being accepted for who you are join activity groups i once went to a women's group and it really helped

If two or more people agree with me then I know I am in trouble.
For me being alone in this World allows me to have many friends in other Worlds.
By being 'alone' I am never 'lonely'.
i dont feel all alone, i AM alone.
i trusted someone for 5 years then got stabbed in the back
the only person i ever trusted and i dont think i can ever trust people again.
Take my advice and dont trust people.
People may tell you its healthier to trust another person so you can confide in them, but go buy yourslef a journal from the dollar store and confide in that!
at least the journal wont lie to you and stab you in the back
