A question about wisdom.?

Wisdom is often meant as the ability and desire to make choices that can gain approval in a long-term examination by many people. In this sense, to label a choice "wise" implies that the action or inaction was strategically correct when judged by widely-held values. However true wisdom cannot be measured in terms of popular consensus.

That's the definition of wisdom. How would you improve your wisdom, if possible?

Answer:
How can you improve wisdom is it possible, sorry if I annoy you for using the Bible as an example. But when God told Solomon (Ruler of Israel) ask for anyhting and I will do it (words to that effect) Solomon asked God for wisdom. simply asking for wisdom was a wise choice in itself, but God recognised his heart attitude, and so as it was God knew it was to be used for ruling his people justily and well. And becasue of Solomons request God blessed him and the nation incredably so " Gold was so pleantyfull that Silver had no value", So Solomon's wisdom increased (Gods help) So I would ask God. OR more practically just talk to wise people, Old people who seem worthless to society, but hold vast ammounts of valuble life experiance, so YAY for being old.
Wisdom is far more than coming up with an answer that is "strategically correct".

Wisdom is about your experience being in alignment with your knowledge.

Wisdom comes from experience plus knowledge, so wisdom can be improved through the passage of time.

You may learn something in 5 years that someone else learned over 20 years, because the person teaching you was a good teacher and able to impart their 20 years of knowledge to you in only 5 years BECAUSE they also had wisdom about the particular subject.

You would not be able to turn around and teach some else the same knowledge in 5 years.
wisdom in my opion is acutal life experiance u cant really meauser wisdom at all expect like i said life expericance
ya live and ya learn
Wisdom is the physical, emotional, and psychological application of knowledge in a way that satisfies established norms.

What are the norms and who establishes them? Well, that would be your next question.
Study the whole of the Bible and then actually use the wisdom imparted by the books. That is how I would improve my wisdom, actually that's how I'm doing it now.
If you knew me ten years ago, twenty years ago, or even thirty years ago; then you would have to admit with what I've learned within those books I have obtained a small degree of wisdom that has enhanced my life tenfold.
If those books in the Bible can teach a "dumb freaking jerk" like me how to behave, and act accordingly in wisdom; then you have to give it credit for that ..."wisdom".
In the old books of the testaments it is written to search for wisdom everywhere, chase her with all your might so to speak. Go hunting for her and where you find her, you will find wisdom. Now how you apply or disregard it: that is in your own hands, this is called "free will".
True wisdom is not dependent on outside sources. It comes from within. It comes from knowing that regardless of the values of others, the individual connection to Source and knowledge that everyone comes from that same Source - whether or not they are aware of it. Honoring that fact and honoring oneself and other's in peace and joy makes one wise.
