Why people having higher IQ fail to maintain good inter personal relations with others?

Answer:
theyre too smart to focus on their social life, in other words, theyre nerdy
because their computer nerds. No human connection.
Because they think the rest of us are stupid? No, just kidding. I think that a lot of highly intelligent people never learned proper social skills. (Of course, neither did I, but that's another story.) Not having those skills, it's hard to maintain relationships of any sort.
because why should they care/ they have their intelligence they don't need others for any help.
I am guessing that other people bore them.
I don't think this is the case for all people with a high IQ. You can't generalise here. There are some individuals who have what they call 'high functioning Aspergers or Autism', which means that they have a high IQ but may fail to pick up social cues as well as others. This may be due to problems with comprehnsion in some cases.
The higher IQ does not means aperson is having sence of humer to feel the feelings of the others and show apropriate responce as required. They take everything logically which is not required every time.Hence-------
beam me up, Scotty, there's no intelligent life down here
