Perhaps they have a drug of choice.
Whatever it is they will often reveal this side of themselves to me before they will to most other people.
I usually consider that it is because I wont judge them or look down upon them for it. But then I remember that it's usually not something weighing on them that they feel the need to confess. It just seems to come unexpectedly with me. So perhaps there is something about me, some way that I have, which draws this out of people. I admit, I do enjoy seeing other people face their guilty pleasures. But why/how does this happen so often?

In addition to what you've said about yourself, perhaps on a subliminal level -- we do send out unspoken messages in our posture, eye contact, gestures, etc. -- they sense that such revelations excite and please you, so in their attraction to this quality in you (and perhaps what you look like) they try to please you by revealing little intimacies. Apparently, you reward their efforts by reacting in a way that pleases them and the cycle continues. It wouldn't necessarily have anything to do with sexuality although it could. Would that make sense for you?
You must have a positive outlook on life which draws people to you and they want to get closer to you so they share their secrets looking for your acceptance with the hope of becoming your friend.
