Easy. The person who is giving the love will be happier knowing that they are making someone happy in life. Just because someone is giving you love does not necessarily mean you will have happiness. But someone with a big heart who genuinely loves to give and give people love, will be happy for doing a good thing. Happiness comes from doing something for someone and being glad to help.

Probably the woman who is especially loved by her man. It can be hard to find a good, honest, lovable man. I'd prefer that.
It's good to specially love a man, but if you are not feeling loved/appreciated in return, then you can feel miserable.

for me it's both of them but after thinking it back i think it's the women... a women does felt happier when she is beloved by the person who she love.
"specially loved by her man" makes it sound like its a task almost. love is natural, but if you think you need to ask the question, you havent found it yet.
