Does the time of day/night effect your mood?

I was just wondering. These things cross my mind and bother me untill I find an answer.

Definitely. Our moods can change by the effects of light, temperature and other environmentals.
We also have Circadian rythmns, like tides in the body that ebb and flow.

I feel more relaxed and peace in the morning after I get up.
