Is it good to be always agreed with others in order to please them?

for having a good communication

Answer:
noooooo
good communication is BOTH SIDES of a conversation
aggreeing with someone even though it is not true creates tenstion and distrust..
good communication is honesty and openness
sometimes opening the eyes of another to another perspective gives them more admiration to you..and willl appreciate you more as an individual
aggreeing with others all the time is just as if they were talking to themselves because they will never contradict themselves..
however if they talk to someone else with a different mind and perspective, they are gaining more viewpoints ..even if there are a few disagreements and debates..
but honest opinions between two people are what creates stronger bonds between others and THAT, my friend
is GOOD COMMUNICATION!
No, in the long run the one always agreeing will become resentful. Of the ones he/she feels can't express their real thoughts to.
No. You are compromising yourself in order just to keep others talking to you. That is a big step towards being dependent on others.

Instead, try to listen more. Maybe not say as much, or even say nothing until somebody asks you to. Then state your true thoughts. Saying something like this, "It seems to me that..".

Be true to yourself. If other people don't listen, that's their problem (too many talking in the world today anyways, not enough people stop to listen...)
