What is the best way to work with this kind of person?

What is the best way to work and deal with a person who is bossy and try to talk and change people s mind for her own way? Thanks for your answers

Answer:
gee !!

Maybe ponder this

Do what you have to do for yourself, keep your eye on your work, you might try something like "Great idea or thought but that is not me"

People will only do to you what you let them and if you don't let them, they give up and go find someone who will

Hope you have a better week, just ignore her politely she will go away
Smile and nod. If you don't engage in conversation with them, they get tired of hearing their own voice.
Ignore them
you tell her you know your rights and that she has not right to mistreat you in the work place.
do not be the person she wants to make you feel free to be your self as long as you act with integraty others will see through her
give him a little pit attention but don't ignore him, because he might bite you from the back.
that`s it
Be more assertive and firm. Stand up for yourself if she tries to impose herself on you. Don't give in all the time, and eventually she'll get the message.
Just let them talk and go about your normal work. Let them know if they are interfering with your job...just be straight forward and tell them how and why they are messing up your work.

My experience is that these kind of people will eventually "talk" their way right out of a job. Everyone will grow tired of this kind of person and soon enough you won't have to put up with them because they will be gone.
Avoid the company of deluded people when you can. When you cannot, keep your own counsel.

.
State "I hear you...but I don't agree". Then move on and not allow this person to continue to annoy you. Remember this is that person's issue, not yours. You cannot change this person. You can only change your response to them, which would be to create larger boundaries between you and them.
