Improve Conversation/Banter, and Storytelling Skills?

I just recently got a new job, its is very rewarding. However, I have to drastically improve my communication skills, such as carrying conversations better, getting better at banter and entertaining with conversation, and improve on story telling to entertain, whether the stories are true or not. Anybody know any sources that can help with this?

Answer:
When having a conversation with someone just remember to be yourself (very important), and ask more questions then you receive. People like to talk about themselves (even though most say they don't). You have to be interested in what they are saying though, because if your just asking questions they'll know if your losing interest and that'll make them uncomfortable. I don't know of any sources that you could use, but this is what I have learned over the years. I used to be very shy and couldn't make conversation really well. Now I can talk to just about anyone and I'm not afraid to do so.
Toastmaster's.

They have a whole program designed to help with communication/public speaking/negotiation skills. Costs a bit, but well worth it.
Books on confidence would be my first thought cz things you learn after that will be executed more convincingly. Speaking of convincing, try theatre arts or just some drama class.
But most & best of all is to be totally honest.
just be yourself, that all.
