How can improve my attitude to my work?
Answer:
The only way I EVER got any relief was through prayer. It's easy for people to say Oh just be thankful you can get out of bed in the morning, be thankful you have a job. That's easier said than done.
I just started a new job and my boss really likes my energy (lots of caffeine) and my willingness to learn. I look at my coworkers and they are "Just at work" don't think of it like its work think of it as your stepping stone to learn more and move up in the job. Yeah it could suck to go to work everyday but if you look at it like its a chore then it will be a chore but if you look at like today I am going to do something to better myself. then you will have a better attitude about. Show your boss you want to learn more you want to possibly move up the ladder.. Show your boss that you are better than the rest. You are not "Just at work" "Ho Hum its just another day another dollar" "I'm here". What I do is drink some coffee at home before work not alot but a few cups and chug a redbull while driving into work... Drink one more cup of coffee on break then after that don't drink anymore.. I have been doing this for the last few weeks and doing really well but sometimes it sucks to have all this caffeine but I get alot of compliments about how hard I work. I work at a warehouse for 8.50 an hour.. I have had jobs that paid 14 dollars an hour but I will tell you I am in the best job I ever had in my life now cuz the boss likes my work and I feel I will go a long way.
You can easily do that by starting your day in a good way, you know with a good breakfast and so on, then you look at your work as a gift, now how you do that is you have to think that there are others out there who can't work so you are lucky to be able to work, I hope that works for you, if you need any help e-mail me and I can try to help. Good luck.
First you should learn about the job you are doing and some times it take a few years to improve your self but don't worry it comes by time step by step as every day you will gain a new experience which enable you to do the assigned job better and faster.
