I Got Into A Car Accident About A Few Months And Since That Day I Get Anxiety Sometimes When Im In A Car So My Theroy Is If I Inhale Thru My Mouth And Exhale Thru My Nose I Some How Focus On The Breathing And It Calms Me Down .
