What are you proud of and what are you ashamed of about yourself?

proud that i want to do things to really make a difference
ashamed that i'm ashamed about my appearance which holds me back.
I am so proud of my two lovely children but ashamed that I am overweight.
proud I employed several hundred people.
ashamed I don't call my mum enough.
That I learn from the moments I am ashamed of!

PROUD IN THIS SENSE:that i love helping people, hardly hurt them, dunt take revenge on them, i find that am gud..
ASSHAMED IN SENSE: when i able to help people but i dunt do, i hurt people when i never want to, i think am bad enough...
I am proud that I am open minded, but ashamed that I can also be hypocritical.
I am so proud I put myself through university

I am proud that I accept people as they are and not judgemental on first appearances. I always like to make up my own mind about people and not be prejudiced by other peoples opinions. I am proud of changes I've made in my life for myself, my kids, and my wife. Changes nobody needs to know of but us. More like adjustments that have seriously paid off for the good. Big time.
