It is. The government and the people of India must address this problem immediately. They need to recognize that science and technology will make India a great country, not service jobs.
They need to do all they can to entice scientists and engineers to stay home and make India the great country that it can be.
people who waste their time in college traveling are fools they know nothing of the true purpose
Because these people discover that their brain is worth the salary and so they would pack their bags and go. Afterall, they don't remain young all the time.
