Do i have a guilt complex?

for as long as i can remember, whenever i have alot going on, or alot of stress i ,,, well i will either have nightmares, or not sleep, then the next day at work worry about getting fired, or just have this strong feeling that i did something wrong,,, it happens at least once sometimes twice a month, and never lasts more thann a day, how do i get rid of this tick, or whatever
