What do you do?

when your life is crashing down?

Answer:
Unfortunately, you are at an age where you desperately wish for your parents to understand you. I feel for you when you say you are hit. That can add to the depression. I wonder if you are seeing a doctor for this? Are you getting any help for this or are you trying to deal with this on your own? Please talk with your doctor next time you are there to see him/her. If you already have been in treatment and still feel as you do, please let the Dr. know that you still feel as such.
If you haven't received treatment, seek it! You can talk with a counselor at school, a teacher, a friend, again, your Dr., etc. but please, talk with someone. When you suffer from depression and do not get the right treatment, life may seem like it is too much. You can feel better. Things are better. These feelings are not your fault and you should never feel like that. Please, seek someone to talk with.
go visit a mental hospital. there is always someone worse. Or read national headlines. Watch CNN. There is always someone worse out there.
Pray, pray, pray!
When this happens, I pray. I start naming things I'm grateful for (even if it's just the "basics" like the five senses), I cry, I look for the lesson/meaning of the crash, feel hope and even a bit of joy that I can have a new beginning and then let myself take a nap, or watch a sappy old movie or watch the sunset. I realize that the next day, the sun will come up and new possibilities will emerge.
Lest you think I'm some sort of "Pollyanna", I've had my fair share of life crashing so I speak from experience not blind hope.
Pray, blast some music, write, and sing
smoke some . puff puff ... WEED uhhhhhh
Smoke weed
you need to think of the worst that could happen and face it..to be able to cope with that you need to clear any clutter existing your life on the mental, emotional and physical level that is in your mind and environment...of course my answer is very general but this is because there was not much input from your side..
You are too young to get in depression. You even suppose to think that way. Your life is in a front of you...and everything you do with your life...it will reflect afterwards.
If you do positive movements and have positive outlook of your life...then you will cherish the good moments...but if you have dark thoughts from 13 ...that will relfect later.

Yeah mums and dads aren't perfect...true...but they still love you, don't forgetthat ever.

So my suggestion would be...cheer up...your life is full of surprises. When your life is full you will not have time to think why your mother hit you.

Your worries will come later...don't get sad for nothing.

take care.
