What do you DO to pamper yourself!?

What do you do to pamper yourself or to make yourself feel good after being stressed, or when you just need a "pick-me-up"? I need some ideas! Thanks.

Answer:
A nice long massage at a peaceful spa, in a room with a gently blowing breeze, nice trickling water, and candles everywhere.

No, that's just what I'd LIKE to do whenever I'm stressed. What I really do is listen to some of my favorite music, savor a frappuccino from Starbucks, call a friend and talk, watch one of my favorite movies, turn on my water fountain, or after a REALLY long day, sometimes I just crash on the bed!
buy tools.
Take your fav music and take a long hot bath surrounded by candles, or if that's not ur thing, take your fav music to the beach side. Alone time is very good and nurturing. My personal fav is also giving myself mud mask and pedicures and watching comedy movies
SHOP!! Get my nails and feet done ( Nails painted in a weird or new color). Take a bubble bath! Actually, everybody should do things on the regular to "pick themselves up"!
I go shopping and buy whatever i like and come back home cook myself a delicious meal and take a long bath with candles around and then later eat my dinner with my favourite music and beautiful view outside.
Go shopping, get a pedicure =), Have a glass of wine, somtimes go out with some friends for Dinner and/or a Drink. Always helps to make me feel good and relaxed!
exercise...exercise...exercise... and positive mind set.

these two definitely add zest to your life!!
