What do you do to calm down when you are angry?

Answer:
I take a breath, relax all the muscles in my body, and think about nothing for a couple of seconds. I stare at something in the room with a blank mind. Then, I rationalize things - "it's probably not as bad as I think it is," "nobody will care tomorrow," "I can fix this..." Whatever you need to tell yourself, just think it. A little bit of perspective helps, too - one year from this exact moment, will it really matter?

lol i either go running, or listening to music and sing, or talk to my best friend, and just try to relax. try breathing a lot

Now, now please do not say that. If you feel like killing someone you need to go get medical help. Killing people would put you in jail. Just breath in and out. Another thing you can do is talk to a friend or family member about it. You could listen to some music.
I talk to myself over and over and over. Tell myself to stay in control. tell myself to calm down.
Or I run.
day dream, work out, warm drinks, sleep, draw, write, tv, computer games, video games,
I drink hot tea and listen to music alone. It gives you time to calm down and reflect.
Sit in a room alone. Close the door. I will close my eyes. Try to remember all the prime numbers less than 100 in the descending order. By that time I will be OK.

3. My favorite. meditate. i do it by sitting down, legs crossed and thiinking of a perfect scene as clearly as possible (with dogs barking and a little butterfly!) and before you know it, you'll be so obsessed with your little world you'll forget your anger. Then afterward i wirte down why i was angry and how i can help my anger.
4. Play an action/gory game
5. Pull on a sock (seriously, stretch it anyway possible till it rips, gets rid of those without matches!)
6. Write something, anything about how you feel
7.Scream
8. If ur still angry... anger management
