Do You Ever Feel This?

Sometimes, when I am laying down, trying to get to sleep, i feel like i am shaking. I feel a very rhythmic shaking back and forth "inside" if you get what im saying. When i say inside i dont mean i am imagining shaking i mean i feel like i am physically shaking but not my whole body just "inside". Does anyone get this and what does it mean?

Yeah, I have that feeling but I never knew I could control it. It makes me kind of uneasy. Next time it happens, maybe I'll try to control it.?.?.

yes, defidetley. that is the feeling i get smetimes when i'm fast asleep. i don't really now what to do about it,im still working on it, but i do know that i get that sometimes

I haven't had the shaking but when I lay down sometimes even if I am for a while, all of a sudden I feel like I am swinging or spinning around. Then when I open my eyes it stops. Weird. I don't know what it means but, mine only happens in the dark.
I can't control it and when I get it it feels like the My whole body or whatever I'm laying on is shaking.
nope only when its cold outside hope you get better =]
perhaps its your muscles coming down from the days activity.Instead of all at once they gradually pulsate down until fully relaxed.Kinda like stretching
