Behavior and character are 2 very different aspects of a person. Your environemnt and your biological make-up affect both. Just about anything can have an effect on behavior.
Both "nature", your genetic structure from conception, and "nurture", all the events that have happened to you from one minute after conception!
It depends on what age you are talking about. The environment you are raised in and early childhood experiences plays a big role in the character of someone.
