At what age does youth end?

Serious answers only, please.

Answer:
It ends when you no longer enjoy it. Let it be 25 or 95.
I've seen people that let youth end in their 20's and likewise I have seen people who make it last to their 60's. It's attitude and how you take care of your body that determines it for you. Me taking to heart any other opinion of when youth ends, is letting the world decide for me when I am officially un-youthful and they have no business to decide this.
For me it never ends. I guess it is a genetic thing cos we are all mad hatters in my family :) But responsibility is the main robber of youth.when you're carefree & only have to think for yourself then you can remain young.
Seriously? If you lose your youth, then why live? Being carefree and vibrant is the greatest thing on this earth.
Psychologically speaking the brain fully matures at about age 25. Most people hit the final stage of reasoning at about age 13-14, though there are a few lingering points in reasoning up into early adulthood (for example, the notion that everyone is paying attention to you (an example of which would be that you think everyone will notice if you wear the same shirt two days in a row), or the idea that you're invincible ("it could never happen to me")).

Sociologically speaking, which I think is the answer you're looking for, youth ends early and then makes a come back later in life. What I mean by this is that in today's soceity children, especially girls, are encouraged to grow-up as fast as possible. You can see this happening just about everywhere. For instance, girl's clothing. Ten years ago it would have been unacceptable for an eight year old to wear hot pants and a tank top, however now it's considered normal. The relatively new concept of tweens is another example, where teenagehood now begins at 10 instead of 13.

Then later in life, starting at about 30, society tells us, especially women (seeing a pattern?), to act like kids again. You can see this in mothers desperately trying to look like their teenage daughters and the popularity of characters such as Spongebob Squarepants and Harry Potter and children's movies such as Shrek and Finding Nemo among adults.

So when does youth end? It really depends on your definition of "youth". If we consider youth to mean the traditional idea of childhood innocence, then youth dies at about age 10. If we consider youth to mean enjoying childish activities and things, then youth stays with us up until we decide to let it go (which some of us do quite early while some never do), but especially between the ages of 1-10 and 30-40. If we consider youth to be immature thinking, then it ends sometime between 16-25 depending on how technical you want to be. If we consider youthfulness to be physical, then it would end sometime around 25-30 (going by when you're in your prime and what society considers to be a youthful appearance). Finally, if we consider a youth to be a person who is not an adult, and an adult to be someone who is self-supporting (which would usually require having finished their education) and lives on their own or with a partner, then youth can last up into the early 30's (which is becoming increasingly common now that more and more people are continuing their education past the bachelor level).
Seriously end of youth will not be at proper age..
It is when some one feel lazy to do things and when they feel that they could not do some work.
Actually if some one feels that they became old then I think it is end of youth...
So it is not exact age but it is ur feeling which makes u feel as end of youth...
I feel 35 sometimes will be end of youth because health will start ruining or getting complications from that age..
Am I right?
i am 44 and just finding my youth again...hopefully it doesnt end as youth is a state of mind...not an age or a disease...and yes this is serious...
