At the age of 28 i'm going through a midlife crisis is that too young?
Answer:
well it could be worse! i reckon i had one at 13, so i'm not long for this world so! lol it doesn't have to be a mid-life crisis, it could just be a regular crisis
better now than 20 years from now when you can't create the changes you will be able to instigate at a younger age at speed and clarity.
do you mean quarter life crisis? cuz that's where I'm headed
back in the days they would called that crazy because this is the prime of a women life. Today women is different because of the stress women are going through in there childhood. They have to fear things so soon in they life because of our children being a victim and prey to animal in this things called society. now young men are facing the same things in life also .
"Mid-life Crisis" is just what people refer to it as, due to it typically happening in the middle of someone's life. You get half way and you wonder what happened to my life and how did I end up here? It doesn't have to happen inyour 40's. it's totally normal.
I went through my midlife crisis at 28 and I'm now 49 and have never gone through it again. I think it's turning 30 that gets us. I think 30 is the magic number for being considered an adult. The 20's you can still be immature and a little irresponsible so enjoy the last two years of it and move into the adult world. I wish I was 30 again for that matter 40. ENJOY!
research shows that in reality, very few people go through a midlife crisis, and some researchers doubt it is real. but, what most people call a midlife crisis is a period of reflection in which the person wonders whether the life he/she has lived up to that point was 'good enough' or if they should have made different decisions. so obviously this can happen at any age, and the earlier it happens the better, because if he/she concludes that they should have lived life differently, there is still plenty of time.
You're closer to have a quarter-life crisis than a mid-life crisis.
